Had a composting toilet for years. This is so much simpler …an all in one. Don’t have to crawl under the cottage to have to rotate it or to empty.

Fabulously convenient and efficient.

Our electric incineration toilet has been a fantastic solution to our island property. We have had it for a year now, and have zero issues. The ash production is remarkably low and easy to keep up with in terms of emptying. The waste is completely incinerated so nothing disgusting to deal with. A fantastic solution.

We had a compostable toilet prior to owning the Cinderella toilet, all I have to say is what a difference. Not to disparage composting toilets , but the Cinderella is SO MUCH simpler to use, operate and extremely reliable. We had nothing but problems with the previous toilet. So happy we switched. Thank you Cinderella!

Excellent solution to avoid a costly septic system at our cottage. Works well and was very easy to install.

I have had a Cinderella toilet for 3 years and not only has it brought convenience but ease of use as well. Maintenance is routine and the toilet has given my daughters the use of a facility all year long. These are just perfect solutions for remote cottages where it’s difficult to have a septic field or tank. Thank you Cinderella.

We installed our incinerating toilet 3+ years ago and we are so happy with it.
It works like a dream with no issues at all. Much more convenient than having to winterize our old toilet plumbing and cess pit every fall.
It’s the show piece when we have visitors and we are known as the family with the “cool toilet” and we love showing it off.
The bonus is when it’s incinerating the toilet seat is nice and warm perfect for a cool morning “visit”!
Best part though is my wife can’t stop talking about how great it is and she was the most reluctant one in our family to get one.

I am thrilled with my Cinderella Comfort toilet! I have a somewhat remote cottage that I used somewhat sporadically, and can’t access at all once there’s snow on the road in. It’s such a relief to know I can just plug it in when I need it and it works immediately, without having to worry about making sure the composting is fed, turned, and watched, or the water supply is erratic. No smell, no fuss, easy to clean, and perfect for cottage life. Thank you!

We love our Cinderella. We replaced a composting toilet and it’s much better. We don’t have an easy option for a septic, so it really saved us a lot of money and hassle.
Lynne Meeker (verified owner) –
Very happy with our Cinderella incinerating toilet. Have reduced our holding tank pump outs to almost half of previous. Clean and convenient. So happy we purchased.

We have an island cottage and got the propane model for our secondary toilet to save stress on our septic system. We typically have 12 to 15 people at our place on long weekends and this unit is one of the best purchases we’ve ever made.

What a game changer!!!

I have the comfort model, my father has a gas model. Both are over 3 years old and have been an amazing investment. Easy to operate. Easy to maintain.

A great product easy to use and maintain

We were part of the WSP septic assessment program in southern Ontario and were told that we would need to replace our septic system. Our cottage is water access only so the quotes to replace the septic were astronomical. We had 3 other choices: outhouse, composting, incinerator. We chose a Cinderella Incinerator and it was an excellent choice. It’s low maintenance, it doesn’t smell (at all, in fact the fan pulls away smells as it is being used), affordable, easy to install (I did it myself), and it looks good. Takes a little getting use to the process but everything was laid out quite well in the manuals and the people at Cinderella were really helpful. We’re really happy with it.
We plan on building a bunkie and we’re going to put the propane version in it.

We use our cottage year round. It sits on rock, so plumbing and water are not an option. Our compost toilet was not impressing any guests. Or us.
The incinerator toilet upgraded the entire cottage. The comfort and ease of use made a world of difference.

We LOVE our Cinderella. We have it in a cabin washroom for use by guests staying for live music events, and in our Bunkie and Bell tent Airbnbs. Incinerating Toilets has been excellent when service has been required — responsive, professional, and helped handle part replacement & installation efficiently, when needed. Highly recommended.

SERIOUSLY, This toilet is an absolute game changer! No regrets at all. We took over the family cottage last year and one of the first things we (mostly me) wanted to change was the toilet situation, it was an outhouse set up before. My husband and I tagged along with a friend to the cottage show to see what options there were out there. Believe me there are lots, but nothing that compares to this little beauty! We knew immediately after speaking to the rep we were sold. Set up was so straightforward and the team are on hand to help and guide you through. Design is genius and honestly way better for the environment. Super easy to use and maintain.
Our guests have all thoroughly enjoyed the change, it’s taken the toilet experience to a whole new level. There is an extractor fan that sucks air out while you go, so no lingering smells – bonus, people say they actually relax when they have to go. Also if you are second user in the morning the seat is lovely and warm!
As I said no regrets, ideal for places where holding tanks are challenge.

I finally bought my Cinderella this past summer. I can’t tell you how much I love it l!! So convenient and clean! Makes my cottage experience even better if that’s possible. I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering. Don’t wait you will not regret it!!

We have had our Cinderella Toilet for 3 years and love it! It is installed in our Guest House on the forested portion of our 10 acre property. It works beautifully!

I LOVE my Cinderella toilet.
No smell, no bowl cleaning, works beautifully all year round in my tiny cabin on the shores of Lake Huron. Environmentally friendly and attractive to look at.

As seniors, we needed a system that didn’t require heavy lifting. Since we had a 200 amp system we chose the electric style. No mulch to carry, no heavy clean out , no cranking.
Very happy with this easy system.
Jason (verified owner) –
This is a breath of fresh air…literally!
No more messy smelly never composed wastes.
Have it for 3 seasons and loving it!
Victor Malarenko –
Everytime we use the toilet now it seems we keep making an ash of our contribution. This is our first season using the incinerating toilet, still have a few learning curve items but after a few months of use the qty of ash is quite small and no smell to deal with, I know, coming from a composting toilet after 15 years there is so much less maintenance and so much cleaner, should have gone this route years ago.
Deb McCarthy (verified owner) –
Putting in the incinerating toilet was a great (and far less expensive) solution to a septic system that would have to be pumped under a road and up a hill. Great solution and very easy to manage!
Karen Hardy –
Had our Cinderella toilet for about 2 years now. I’m so happy we finally have an indoor bathroom at our cottage. Love it. Thank you

3.5-stars because these toilets are extremely expensive to buy, and there are ongoing use expenses. If I were basing this review on price alone I would give it 1-star; it is prohibitively expensive. Also, your toilet bowl liner operating cost will be about $1CAD/day. You’ll also be paying your daily gas or electricity usage to flush this thing. All in all, significantly more upfront and ongoing expenses and maintenance than a traditional toilet. For the price they really should include more (ie. Install kit). We are 2 adults using this as our primary toilet in our tiny house, and it needs cleaning about once a week. Actual cleaning only takes about 10 mins and isn’t gross (I don’t bother with gloves), but it does take your toilet out of commission for an hour or two because you ‘flush’ tap water through it to steam clean it as well. Now for the pros…you can install this toilet basically anywhere in your house which makes retrofits or installations in funky layouts possible; our install would have been impossible without this or a composting toilet. It is extremely clean since it doesn’t sweat like a traditional toilet does, which means it doesn’t collect all kinds of dust and crap. As soon you open the lid a fan turns on, so this thing is ACTUALLY odourless, and you close the lid to flush, so I’m really not kidding when I say odourless. You might catch a whiff of burning plastic smell every now and then depending on how you’ve chosen to vent it out of your house, window placement, and wind direction, but that’s almost irrelevant. This would be a poor replacement for a traditional toilet in a traditional home; it would be like installing starlink in your downtown condo. This is THE toilet to get for certain applications. No plumbing, no septic tanks/fields, easy installation if you’re handy, light enough for a 1-person carry if necessary. I am very pleased with my toilet, and I would purchase it again for the right application….for our home it’s indispensable, and was absolutely the right choice.

We are super happy with our new Cinderella toilet. So easy to use and no smell afterwards. Bravo!!

Absolutely 5 stars! Had to do something to replace an aged septic with no more land for a new one on a small rocky island..Installation was easy but even better the ease of use is fantastic..telling all our neighbors about it! Next summer will just plug it in and go…so easy and ash can easy to change; toilet tells me when it’s time, too…couldn[t be happier!
Customer service even called me once on a Sunday when I had a question..thanks again!

Replaced my composting toilet with this incinerating toilet and now have two seasons of use at my cottage. It has worked super well to date. I installed it myself using the supplemental installation kit… instructions were good and my one question on electrical supply was answered promptly.

Absolutely great product. We are very pleased with our Cinderella Toilet, electrical model. Previously we had a composting toilet which we found was a lot more work and inconvenient to maintain. As wr are in our mid 70’S we found this toilet is very easier for us to maintain and has no smell.

We are using our Cinderella toilet at our off grid island cottage on Lac Simon, QC.
We are using propane and the 12v option. Very easy installation and operation. Couldn’t be more pleased.
This allowed us to install a grey water septic system instead of a black water system thus saving money on the installation of the septic system. We also save money by avoiding the periodic cleanout of the holding tank in a black water system.
Frank Sjoberg (verified owner) –
Because of our proximity to bedrock installing a holding tank with attached field was prohibitively expensive.
Our Cinderella toilet has been outstanding. Absolutely thrilled with it.
My only negative is that we weren’t informed of the baffle option. As a result during the winter it is necessary to put a rag in the fresh air supply when not in use.
