Cinderella Comfort is the next generation of electric incineration toilet systems. We’re delivering the best and most comfortable waterless eco-friendly toilet to homeowners for their cottage, tiny home, trailer, or bunky. Only an insignificant amount of ash remains. 3 Year warranty.
How it works:
- sit and use it like any other toilet
- close the lid and press the flush button: the hatch opens and the waste falls to ash tray
- electricity heats it up and ventilation occurs
- replace with fresh bowl liner for next person in line (they can use it immediately*)
- empty ash tray after 100 uses
Cinderella Comfort represents a new concept in incineration toilet systems, raising the Cinderella standard even further. This incineration toilet provides a significantly better indoor climate and approximately the same comfortable experience as you are used to at home. The toilet is based on the market leading Cinderella Classic model, which has been sold to more than 50,000 customers worldwide.
The toilet does not require a water supply or drains, and all toilet waste is incinerated at high temperatures until only an insignificant quantity of ash remains. Approximately 1 cup of ash is generated after 1 week of regular use by four adults.

Shipping
Any order that includes a toilet will be shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada via freight for a fixed fee of $375. We ship to most addresses within our territory of Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. In some cases where the delivery is more remote, an additional delivery fee will be added to the order.
Other orders being shipped within Canada will be delivered via Purolator or Canada Post for a fee that will be added to the order during checkout.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may return your product within the first 30 days of receiving your item if it has not been opened or unboxed. If the product has been unboxed, or you have initiated the return after the 30 days you will not be eligible for a refund.
To inquire about a return please reach out to our team at info@incineratingtoilets.ca or by calling 1-888-646-2664. Please refer to our warranty policy for anything warranty related.
After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method minus the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you are cancelling an order that has not yet left our warehouse, there will be a 3% admin fee. This amount will be deducted off the total refund unless the initial payment was made by etransfer.

Incinerating Toilets Inc. Warranty Servicing Policy
If a warranty claim is submitted and approved within the first three years, the customer can choose to
- Drop the toilet off at our service centre located at 15491 HWY 35, Minden Hills, ON Canada. Same day pickup will not be available in most cases.
- Schedule a technician to come out to service the toilet on site. Travel time is not covered under warranty and will be subject to hourly rate fees.
- Have the replacement parts shipped to your home. If required, Incinerating Toilets Inc. can provide documentation and technical support over the phone or email to help walk through the replacement. Shipping fees are not covered under warranty.

- Operating altitude: Tested to 8,200 feet (2,500 meters)
- if the toilet is to be used continuously during very low ambient temperatures, insulating your toilet is recommended, please see section “Insulation Kit Arctic” on page 6.
