Shipping

Any order that includes a toilet will be shipped via courier for free from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada to most addresses in Canada. In some cases where the delivery is more remote, an additional delivery fee will be added to the order.

Other orders being shipped within Canada will be delivered via FedEx or Canada Post for a fee that will be added to the order during checkout.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may return your product within the first 30 days of receiving your item if it has not been opened or unboxed. If the product has been unboxed, or you have initiated the return after the 30 days you will not be eligible for a refund.

To inquire about a return please reach out to our team at info@incineratingtoilets.com or by calling 1-888-646-2664. Please refer to our warranty policy for anything warranty related.

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method minus the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If anything is unclear or you have more questions, feel free to contact our customer support team and they will be happy to help.

Warranty

Cinderella Incineration Units are covered for defects in materials or workmanship on the terms, for the period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase; subject to the exceptions expressed under the Warranty page of the product’s user manual.

Incinerating Toilets Inc. Warranty Servicing Policy

At this time, Incinerating Toilets Inc. does not have any service partners in the USA and cannot include onsite service/labour under the warranty.

If a warranty claim is submitted within the first three years of operation and it is approved, replacement parts will be shipped out at no cost to you. Parts can then be installed by the owner or have a local trades complete the installation on their behalf. If required, Incinerating Toilets Inc. can provide documentation and technical support over the phone to help walk through the replacement.

Alternatively, the unit can be shipped at the owner’s expense to be serviced under warranty at the Incinerating Toilets Inc. service center located at 1572 Little Hawk Lake Rd. Algonquin Highlands, ON, K0M 1J2 Canada.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We provide this through our website as an additional avenue for people to contact Incinerating Toilets Inc. Any information provided through the contact form will only be used for responding to the inquiry. Incinerating Toilets Inc. may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Incinerating Toilets Inc. and our products. We primarily use Social Media to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. You will always have the option to unsubscribe. Your information will not be shared with third parties. 

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their customer profile. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
