Any order that includes a toilet will be shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada via freight for a fixed fee of $375. We ship to most addresses within our territory of Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. In some cases where the delivery is more remote, an additional delivery fee will be added to the order.
Other orders being shipped within Canada will be delivered via Purolator or Canada Post for a fee that will be added to the order during checkout.

You may return your product within the first 30 days of receiving your item if it has not been opened or unboxed. If the product has been unboxed, or you have initiated the return after the 30 days you will not be eligible for a refund.

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method minus the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you are cancelling an order that has not yet left our warehouse, there will be a 3% admin fee. This amount will be deducted off the total refund unless the initial payment was made by etransfer.
