Nancy Williams –
We installed the Cinderella propane toilet a year and a half ago in our A-frame guest house, as we were situated in a strictly zoned area near natural wetlands in the mountains. We had it installed by our carpenter, and that was a breeze. Unfortunately, because we purchased it from Canada for our cabin in Vermont, the propane company would not hook it directly to the nearby 500 gallon tank, as it was not U.S. certified, but that was easily solved but hooking it to a portable refillable 5gallon tank, which I’ve refilled twice. What I love, besides the esthetics, is that it’s quite quiet, safe, easy to use, sanitary, and odorless. It has worked flawlessly for over a year now, and we’ve needed to empty it only once in that time. Many of our neighbors are considering the same. It is expensive, but, you get what you pay for.
